Notes From The November Meeting
Meeting was called to order with 8 members. Secretary Roy read the minutes from the last meeting. Treasurers report was presented by Phil, all field maintenance and our yearly rent was paid, leaving us in fairly good shape heading into the new year.
Committee reports were given, Combat Committee (Marv) thanked everyone for their assistance. We still need to work on increasing member participation for this very worthwhile event.
Old business, our mower had to have the blades replaced. We are moving the mower to winter storage this weekend. Next year, the mower is only going to be used on the runway and infield pit area. We'll need to arrange for a bush hog to mow the outer areas. We can't afford to replace this mower so soon!
It's almost time for dues? $40 payable from now until the Feb 2005 meeting.
December 1st will be our next meeting at Sterling Computer Center. January meeting will be our annual holiday party. This year to be held at Phil's house if he gets permission :-)
